From Enterprise Platform to Mobile Product

At Meta, I led a ground-up rebuild of an internal mobile application supporting 70+ applications, working through partnerships with 20+ teams. The work combined product strategy, technical architecture, and engineering execution.

Scope and contribution

As Software Engineering Manager, I owned the internal mobile application and led its rebuild using React Native, Expo, Relay, and GraphQL. My responsibilities spanned people leadership, architecture, product strategy, and delivery across partner teams.

The work transformed the platform into a product. Alongside the rebuild, I introduced an AI-enabled voice assistant for hands-free communication and podcast-style daily briefings.

Reported outcomes

  • Customer satisfaction: CSAT increased from 58% to 71%.
  • Successful sessions: improved from 96% to 99.5%.
  • Delivery: completed with half the previous team size.

These are outcomes of the broader product work; they are not measurements of the AI features in isolation.

Developing people alongside the product

Coaching and mentoring are central to my leadership. My work at Meta has included supporting engineers’ career growth, including entry-level-to-Staff progression, and developing leaders who take greater technical ownership.

This project brings together the areas I focus on: durable platforms, product execution, applied AI, and people development. It is a concise overview of the experience shared in my résumé.
